2027 and 2027B are the first two rental properties as you enter Foxwood Farm. They are connected by a two car garage that is part of 2027A.
2027A is the larger of the two units, featuring two bedrooms up, each with their own bathroom - one bathroom has a tub/shower and the other, a shower. Both bedrooms have good closet space, lovely views and new, wood look, high quality vinyl flooring. The only carpeting at this house is a stair runner.
The downstairs is open and features laminate flooring throughout the living room, dining area and the good sized kitchen. A nice laundry area and half bath are accessed off the kitchen.
Off the breakfast nook, the back door opens to a covered deck. The covered back porch is private and looks out to the woods behind. For the past few years all the tenants who have lived here have kept a backyard garden.
